How do I find out how much my design will cost to Screen Print?

Due to the amount of variables in the screen printing process, we need to quote each print on a job to job basis. Some of these variables include, quantities, garment choice and colour, fibre content, colours to be printed, complexity of design, print size and location, to list a few.

However, if you can send us your design/ideas and some information, we are more than happy to supply you with a concise and obligation free quote.

What information do I need to supply to receive a Screen Printing quote?

Because I have paid for a set-up, does this mean I own the film and screens?

No, it does not. The costing allowed for screen set-up is directly related to the labour and materials that it takes to take a design from a digital file to print. It does not include the purchase of the film or the screen itself. Used screens are held for a certain period and then reclaimed (recycled) and reused for other orders. If you have paid for a set-up for a previous order need to re-order, chances are we still have your screen/s. This means you will not have to pay another set-up fee, meaning even cheaper prints for your 2nd print run.

I need something printed ASAP! Can you help me?

We sure can! If we can get all the order details and designs locked down as soon as possible, we will endeavour to help you meet your deadline. These types of jobs will incur an additional charge and will need certain requirements met. We will inform you of these at the time of quotation.

What do you need to start an order?

We will require a quote to have been processed with all relevant information.

We will also require:

• Contact number

• Size breakup (Ie. 20 x Small, 20 x Medium)

• Finalised vector artwork (if available) or alternatively a 300ppi .PSD, .TIF, .JPG, .PNG (at required size)

• A 50% deposit to be made before the commencement of production.
